• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
• The website and its contents are intended for lawful use only by individuals aged 18 years and above.

We take utmost care to present our sarees with accurate descriptions, specifications, and imagery. However, certain inherent variations must be acknowledged:

• Color Variation: Slight color differences may occur due to screen resolution, display settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the natural dyeing process of fabrics. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for any return or exchange.
• Handcraft Variations: Handwoven and hand-embroidered sarees may carry minor irregularities in weave, pattern, or embellishment — these are characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and add to the uniqueness of each piece, rather than being treated as defects.
• Fabric Characteristics: Natural fabrics such as silk, cotton, and linen may exhibit subtle textual variations. Slight shrinkage after first wash is normal for certain fabric types.
• Product Weight: The weight mentioned is approximate and may vary slightly from the actual product received.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of order placement, not at the time of browsing.
• Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes.
• In case of payment failure or suspicious transaction, the order may be put on hold pending verification. We may contact you for additional information to confirm the order.

All sales of sarees on this website are treated as final. We have adopted a strict No Refund policy owing to the exclusive, handcrafted, and intimate nature of our products. Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

The specific conditions under which this No Refund policy applies:

• No Refund for Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchase, no refund or store credit will be provided.
• No Refund for Color Variation: Minor color differences due to screen displays or natural dyeing are not grounds for a refund.
• No Refund for Handcraft Irregularities: Slight variations in handwoven or hand-embroidered pieces are inherent to artisanal products and do not qualify for a refund.
• No Refund on Discounted/Sale Items: Products purchased during sales, with discount codes, or under promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.
• No Refund After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• No Refund for Customized/Altered Products: Sarees that have been customized, altered, or ordered with specific tailoring requests are completely non-refundable.

• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us via email or phone with photographic evidence of the defect/wrong item.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unstarched, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
• The product will be inspected upon receipt at our facility. Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
• Exchange is subject to availability of the same product. If unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value may be issued at our sole discretion.
• Return shipping charges for approved exchanges must be borne by the customer. We shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement product.
• No exchange will be entertained for products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• We ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or festive season rush.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping partner.
• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to our facility. No refund will be issued; re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product photographs, design elements, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of our business or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
• Product images, saree designs, and embroidery patterns may not be copied, downloaded, or used for any commercial or personal purpose without written consent.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without any liability or refund for pending orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any delay or failure in delivery of products.
• Any discrepancy in product appearance versus display on the website, including color or texture variation.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
